Amaury Pierron is one of the fastest people to have ever swung a leg over a bicycle.
The Frenchman goes like he is possessed, and when he’s on, he’s on. This shot by Sven Martin from our 2018 downhill yearbook sums up Pierron’s characteristic flat-out riding style. Head down, eyes above the bars, eking every millisecond out of a course. The image screams speed.
