EWS Whistler 2019: Day One Results

Results are in from the first day of racing in Whistler EWS 2019. Day one had just one stage of racing, but being ‘The Top of the World’ stage it makes up a large portion of the full race. The women’s racing is super tight so far, with just over 30 seconds separating the top five. In the men’s Richie Rude put in a serious margin into the rest of the field, and with new names mixing it up, tomorrows racing is going to be exciting.

Results Lenzerheide 2019

What an amazing race once again in Lenzerheide, Switzerland. Riders upped the ante despite tough conditions that saw a slick and treacherous course improving throughout the day. Thick fog surrounded the start for a lot of riders, but they nonetheless put the pedal to the metal for a spectacular show or nerves and skill.

Wild results on a day that ended with Val di Sole’s famous Black Snake track taking a beating from the elements during a massive storm. Despite the carnage that hit Elite Men, some big names like Macdonald and Pierron still managed heroic rides.

Les Gets Qualifying Results 2019

Les Gets is back for another dose of high-speed alpine shredding down its wide-open course on Mt Chery. Friday’s qualifying saw Tracey Hannah and Amaury Pierron take the elite wins, with Vali Hoöll and Thibaut Daprela smoking the competition in juniors and putting in times good enough for third and 10th respectively in elites.

Dry and dusty action in Andorra for the Vallnord World Cup 2019. Friday’s qualifying saw a new name at the top of the women’s results sheet with Nina Hoffmann on an incredible ride. It was business as usual elsewhere, with Loic Bruni, Vali Höll and Thibaut Daprela taking the wins.
