Gone Gravin’: B&M
Is gravel riding mountain biking? Is mountain biking gravel riding? I really don’t know at this point. What I do know is that Martha Gill can rip whatever bike she is on, blurring the lines between gravel and MTB.
Gravel has gone mad in the last few years, and it really does seem like everyone is jumping on skinny tyres and drop bars and seeing what inappropriate trail you can ride down.
I mean even F1 drivers are doing it! Just last week Valettri Bottas was racing SBT Gravel in Colorado, placing second in the 60 mile race. Usually when you think of Finish racing drivers on gravel you expect this!
Evidently gravel is the place to be, althought I don’t see it replacing WRC anytime soon.
