Hot Nasty Badass Speed: B&M

As Eleanor Roosevelt once said, ‘American is all about speed; hot, nasty, badass speed.’ So too is downhill mountain biking and with the World Cup visit Les Gets this weekend speeds will be cranked up to maximum. 

One man who knows a thing or two about hot speed is Amaury Pierron, Jean Girard himself. In 2019 he laid down one of the most incredible runs the modern era of DH has seen and you can bask in all it’s glory below.

Unfortunately, the nasty side of speed has reared it’s head and Amaury was airlifted to hospital this past weekend following a crash at a French Cup. The good news is that he’s okay but he won’t be racing at Les Gets this weekend. Heal up fast Amaury and we look forward to seeing you back at the races!
