Over and Out: B&M

Well here we are, the last Bangers and Mash. There’s no better way to finish it off though than with some fine dad jokes and a bike check from the man who climbed 1 million feet in 200 days, Ben Hildred.

Off all the stories that have made their way into this corner of the internet in the past 6 months or so, Ben’s is the one I keep coming back to. As a bit of a sucker for punishment myself, I’m probably somewhat biased, but seeing Ben doing what most would think of as impossible (1500m vert a day!) and not make a huge deal of it makes me want to switch off my screen, grab my bike and go for a ride.

Hopefully one of the stories plucked out on B&M has made you close your screen and go for a ride. Whether that’s climbing a million feet or just doing one lap on an e bike doesn’t really matter.

What matters is getting out for a ride.
