Stinky Legacy: B&M

If I were to ask you what the greatest bike of all time is I’d probably get quite a range of answers. Maybe the Santa Cruz V10, Trek Session or Ironhorse Sunday? All completely justifiable and, as I owned one, i’d argue hard for the the Sunday as well.

However there’s one more bike that sticks out in my memory. I’ve mentioned it before, and you’ve probably guessed it from the title, but I think the Kona Stinky does deserve a shout out. If you’re looking for anymore proof, watch the video below were Vali explains that her first DH bike was a Kona Stinky. What a legacy.

Of course, you can’t quite attribute all Vali’s success to the Kona Stinky (damn it). There’s evidently a lot of hard work that goes into it as well. Hopefully she can put the demons of the first two World Cups to rest in Maribor and take the win.

I’m already counting down the days.

PS. EP 2 just came out so give that a watch whilst you’re here.
