WINNER: Weekend MTB Geek Competition

UPDATE: We chose a winner but forgot to make the announcement. Classic. It’s been a busy few weeks (stay tuned).

Here’s our favourite (#1) and a couple of others we loved, too.

1. ‘Without one I would no longer be able to legitimately be a 62-year-old kid’
2. ‘They make eating the quantity of cake I consume socially acceptable’
3. ‘Nothing builds character like a pedal to the shin’

— no one ever grows old when they have a bike on their side. Cake is a very important subject to us. And the pedal to the shin is perhaps the most important life affirmation for any always-young cake-eating mountain biker.

Thanks to everyone who entered — we enjoyed reading through all of the responses and many of them reminded us always to enjoy the simple beauty of riding a bicycle.
