FIRST GLANCE
This Fox Speedframe Pro just dropped through the door. In a nutshell, it’s an open face helmet to protect your head. This one is the middle of the road offering and it’s got Mips, Boa, Fidlock, IRL, holes for air, sunglasses or pencil holster and an adjustable visor.
I’ve been wearing it all day in the office in case the dodgy panel above my head in the falls out from all the drilling on the building site above. Seems comfy.
Stage two testing will be the all-important pre-ride coffee, then I might go for a bike ride.
It also ranks pretty highly in safety testing. Virginia Tech put this as second in their ranking, which is safe.
