Greg’s Granite is a new trail named for and built with the help of our pal Greg Callaghan in Dublin, Ireland. If you didn’t know, Callaghan is a previous Enduro World Series winner (including winning on home soil in Ireland) and has raced every year of EWS and Enduro World Cup since the very first season of EWS in 2013. In 2024, he stepped onto the World Cup podium in Loudenvielle, France, and scored a top-five at Enduro World Champs in Val di Fassa, Italy.
Anyway, Callaghan spent six weeks in the depths of winter 2024-25 on the tools with the crew from A-Line Tec building his dream trail in Ticknock, just on the outskirts of the Irish capital, Dublin. The trail reflects everything he likes: great turns, rootsy tech, and some trials thrown in too.

ABOUT GREG’S GRANITE TRAIL BY GREG CALLAGHAN:
I’ve spent my whole life going up to Ticknock in the Dublin Mountains to ride bikes. It’s where I learned to ride a motorbike at first and then started mountain biking, later becoming my training ground for racing Enduro all over the world. This winter, I was given the opportunity to put my own stamp on the hill and build my dream trail, Greg’s Granite.
The trail is a reflection of everything that I love about the riding in Ticknock. On a hill that has given me so much, it’s amazing to be able to put something back on the hill for other riders to enjoy.
