Mountains of Ice with James Mcknight and Richy Taylor by Ben Winder

Mountains of Ice
From £30

Available in two standard sizes and as a fine print.

A gondola drops us at the top of a mountain where we join the trailhead, which is nestled among magnificent glaciers, older than comprehension. The trail meanders through rough mountain terrain, Mars-like dust and perfect flowing corners in the lead-up to this moment. Here, a perfect trace of singletrack runs high along a Swiss Alpine ridgeline while the glaciers of Saas Fee tumble in slow motion in the distance.

Next, the trail drops away into naturally sculpted turns that spit us out opposite the bakery in a beautiful town deep in the valley.
