Delivery times
We do not post anything on the weekends, so please keep this in mind when reading the estimated delivery times.

Plastic free shipping
Our shipping is 100% plastic-free. However, our distributor does use plastic for their other clients, so unfortunately, occasionally, a bit of plastic does find its way into our packaging. If this happens to you, please let us know. We want to be able to feed this back to our distribution partner whenever it happens.

UK orders
Orders to the UK are usually quick and without issues. If you haven’t received your order within the expected delivery times, email us, and we’ll investigate it for you.

EU orders
We pay all duties and taxes on EU deliveries under £150 through an automated export-import system.

This means there are no duties or charges to pay when you receive your order from our store.

Occasionally, a local post office adds customs charges by accident (people are still figuring out Brexit).

If you have an unexpected charge, please let us know and we will investigate it for you.

We refund erroneous customs charges at our own expense – we don’t believe the customer should have to bear the cost of a sorting office’s mistake.

Since Brexit, EU delivery times sometimes exceed the quoted delivery times. Please be patient, but feel free to send us a message and we will check on the order from our end.

We are happy to send out replacements if anything goes wrong.

Rest of world orders
We don’t usually have any issues with international orders. If your order is seemingly taking a long time to arrive, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, and we’ll investigate this.

As with EU orders, we are happy to send out replacements if anything goes wrong.

Our shipping is not free
We do charge for our shipping. We’ve tried our best to make it as cheap as possible, it’s based on real-time shipping prices and what we are charged. We don’t charge a markup on the shipping prices.
