This summer was hectic and wild. We were flat out with work, which we can’t complain about. When we weren’t, we’d try to ride our bikes as much as possible. But here in the Alps, where something like half this minuscule company’s crew is based, we had the rainiest July on record. This led into one of the wettest ever Augusts, too. Damn. Mud riding is amazing, probably our favourite. But there’s only so much grit and grime one person and their bike can take. Brake pads disintegrate, fork seals vanish, metal grinds on metal. Morale can take a dive every now and then.
What we needed was a little reminder how lucky we are – rain is only temporary, anyway. That’s why we got these tea towels made with one of our favourite newsletter thought farts by Jon Gregory: There Is No Hero Dirt Without Rain. Hell yeah. Get your jackets, we’re going riding.
Made from organic cotton, printed in and distributed from the UK. More details on the product page.
